Walk through the health food store with an experienced nutritionist. Discover an abundance of new products and healthy food alternatives. Participants will have an excellent idea of healthy alternatives to products commonly used in the kitchen.

What is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist?

A RHN is a qualified professional who is trained to help you make nutritional and lifestyle choices that help you prevent disease and build superior health. A balanced lifestyle is essential to achieve and maintain overall health.

You can improve your health by reducing risk factors and knowing when your body is most susceptible. These new choices are possible by setting a sensible pace that suite your personal lifestyle.

 Nutritional Consulting Sessions

We start the first session by discussing your health history and areas in your health you wish to focus on. You will have filled out forms prior to the session that will also be reviewed. In the following visits we will evaluate your food consumption for an interval of one week; an assessment of your nutritional excesses and deficiencies will be determined; recommendations will be made for food selection and preparation and there may be recommendations for supplements (vitamins, minerals, enzymes, proteins, and essential fatty acids, probiotics) to balance out any deficiencies. A program will be designed specifically for you, taking into consideration your age, gender, level of fitness, health goals, food sensitivities, food preferences, and eating habits.
